Ronald J. Babin passed away on Tuesday, August 13, 2013 at the age of 76.
Ronald received certification in Secondary Education and spent many years doing what he loved most - teaching. He served as an Elder and on many committees at Eastminster Presbyterian Church in New Orleans and Broadmoor Presbyterian Church in Baton Rouge. He is preceded in death by his wife of 39 years, Mabel Hutchinson Babin, his daughters Vanessa Mayet Babin, and Sabrina Varnado Babin.
He is survived by two daughters and sons in law, Udean Babin Wiebelt (Christopher Wiebelt) and Jeanne Babin Noble (Elliot Noble). He was Paw Paw Ronald Ponald to Brittany Redmond, Katherine Wiebelt, Ashley Noble, Amanda Noble, Aimee Noble, Elliot Noble, and Ethan Noble and great grandfather to Lilly Redmond.
