Mrs. Cora Hind
Washta, May 15 - Mrs. Cora Hind, a lifetime resident of Washta vicinity died in her home at Washta Wednesday, May 13, after an illness of several years. Hers was the first death in a family of eleven children of Mr. and Mrs. Philip Conley. Surviving are her husband, Jesse Hind, and only daughter, Mrs. Jay Gano of Quimby, Iowa, both parents, three sisters and seven brothers, all of whom live in or near Washta.
Funeral services will be held Friday afternoon at 2 p.m. from the Washta Federated church, Rev. L. D. Havighurst in charge.
