She was born in Sabinetown Texas on August 23, 1916 to Wyley Morris and Lillie Manning (maiden). She was a lifetime resident of Hemphill, a homemaker and a member of East Mayfield Baptist Church in Hemphill.
Visitation will take place on Wednesday, February 24, 2010 from 11:00AM until time of service.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00PM, Wednesday, February 24, 2010 at Starr Funeral Home Chapel, 510 Starr Street, Hemphill TX with interment to follow at Harpers Chapel Cemetery in Sabine County Texas.
She is survived by nieces Kay Tullos and husband Jerry of Apple Springs, TX, Mary Ashworth of Whitehouse TX, Helen Sloan of Pineland TX and Billie Jean Van Winkle of Dallas TX; several Grandnieces and Grandnephews and Several Great-Grandnieces and Great-Grandnephews.
