Mr. Adams was born to the late Mr. Charlie Adams and Florence Jackson Adams in South Boston, VA. He is survived by a sister, Mrs. Frances Ferguson; two brothers, Mr. Thomas Adams (Flora) and Charlie Adams, III. He was preceded in death by a sister, Ms. Cora Adams and a brother, Mr. Riley Adams. Services November 1, 2014, at First Baptist Church, Ferry Street, with the Rev. Hayward Jennings officiating.
