Survivors include: his mother, Shirla Dean LeFevre Nelsen; brothers, Richard Wade Hofeling and Glenn Nelsen; and his sister, Debra A. Nelen.
Graveside services will be Saturday, November 8, 2014, 1:00 p.m., at the Payson City Cemetery, 805 East 400 North.
