Miss ANNA E. BUSHEE
Miss Anna E. Bushee, native of Wallingford, and resident of 202 Park St., Bennington, died unexpectedly early this morning at Putnam Memorial Hospital, where she was taken late Wednesday night.
Miss Bushee, who observed her 81st birthday last Sunday, was a daughter of Louis and Mary (Bovin) Bushee, born March 7, 1895.
She received her education in the schools of Wallingford and was employed at the Allen A and old Bradford mills for Bennington.
She leaves a sister, Eva Silver, and a brother-in-law, Philip Riley, both of Bennington; nieces and nephews.
She was a communicant of Sacred Heart Church, where the Liturgy of Christian Death and Burial will be offered Saturday at 10 am.
A prayer service at 9:30 at the Mahar & Son Funeral Home will precede the funeral Mass. Calling hours at the funeral home are scheduled for 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm Friday.
Memorial contributions to the Bennington Rescue Squad have been suggested by the family.
Entombment will be in the Park Lawn Cemetery vault, Bennington, pending burial in that cemetery at a later date.
