He was retired as an employee of the Penn Harris Motor Inn, was a member of the Wesley United Methodist Church, past president of the Williams Grove Historical Steam Engine Association, a World War II Army veteran, and a member of VFW Post 882.
Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Sally Graff Hill; his father, Hugh T. Hill of Marysville RD 2; a daughter, Miss Susan Weaver of Camp Hill; two brothers, D. Ellsworth Hill of Marysville, and Lee N. Hill of Camp Hill; a sister, Mrs. Shirley L. Zinn of Duncannon; two stepdaughters, Mrs. Barbara Bates of Marysville, and Mrs. Cindy Woodward of Mechanicsburg; and five grandchildren.
Services were held Oct. 28 at Deckard Funeral Home, Marysville, with the Rev. Frederick E. Bennetch, his pastor, officiating. Burial was in Chestnut Grove Cemetery.
