68, of Iron Station, died Satur day, January 22, 2000 at Carolinas Medical Center.
Graveside service is 11 AM Tuesday, January 25, at Charlotte Memorial Gardens, located on Robinson Church Road at Hood Road. Rev. David E. Trammell will officiate. The family will receive friends from 7-8:30 Monday evening at Hankins & Whittington, Wilson Chapel, 5301 Albemarle Road.
Mrs. Gregory was born in Union, SC, on January 22, 1932 to the late William M. Allison and Bertha Petty Allison. She attended high school in Lockhart, SC and later attended Central Piedmont Community College and Hamilton Business College in Charlotte. Mrs. Gregory was employed as a Sales Coordinator with National In-Store Services of Dallas, TX. She was a member of Sharon Forest Baptist Church and the Ladies Sunday School Class. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Paula Kale Blackwell.
Survivors include her husband of 23 years, Richard A. Gregory; and a son, Stephen L. James, both of Iron Station; two sisters, Helen McSwain of Lockhart and Mildred Hope of Columbia, SC; three grandchildren, Thomas Mozdzierz, Paul Blackwell, and April M. James, and one great-granddaughter, Darian Mozdzierz.
She will be missed greatly by all those whose life she has touched.
Arrangements are by Hankins & Whittington, Wilson Chapel, 5301 Albemarle Road.
