Services for Janet M. Scott will be held at 2:00 Monday, November 3, 2014 at Price Funeral Home in Kenton. Burial will be in Grove Cemetery. Friends may call from 11:00 until time of services on Monday.
She died at 7:52 pm Wednesday, October 29, 2014 at Hardin Memorial Hospital. She was born on June 16, 1949 in Kenton to the late Bernie and Opal (Gault) Jacques. On June 16, 1973 she married Ernest Scott and he survives in Kenton.
Also surviving are her children Gene (Chris) Gill of Tiffin, Jane Spires, Amy (Tony) Spangler of Columbus, and John Spires of Marion, several grandchildren, 6 sisters Lorraine (Leonard) Brown of Ridgeway, Dian Holland of Kenton, Phyllis Jacques of Kenton, Carol (George) Crabtree of Kenton, Mary (Roy) Manns of Ridgeway, and Verna (Gary) Williamson of Marion, and 1 brother Dennis Jacques of Mt. Victory.
She was preceded in death by 2 sisters and 4 brothers.
