Shawnee resident Dorothy I. Spillers, 85, died Sunday, May 9, at her residence.

She was born Feb. 22, 1919, to Carl W. Hymer and Virgie (Hicks) Hymer in Bartlesville.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Clyde Spillers; parents; two brothers and three sisters.

Survivors include daughters, Donna Spillers and Richard Harrell of Earlsboro, Virginia Ledford and Sammy Vasquez Jr. of Earlsboro and Ruth Ann Ashcraft and husband Cecil of Meeker; son, Charles Ray Spillers and wife Florrine of Tecumseh; 13 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and friends, Wanda, Bob and Robert Hutchcraft.

Service will be 2 p.m. Thursday at Resthaven Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Donna Morton officiating. Burial will be at Resthaven Memorial Park.

Services are under the direction of Resthaven Funeral Home.
