LOVELAND, Colo. - Gary L. Hoke, 68, Loveland and formerly of Rapid City, died Sunday, Aug. 10, 2003, at McKee Medical Center - Hospice Care Unit.

He served in the U.S. Army Reserve and the U.S. Army from Dec. 21, 1953 to Dec. 12, 1959.

Survivors include his wife, Gloria Hoke, four daughters, one sister, and seven grandchildren [survivors names omitted].

Cremation has taken place. A celebration of life will be at 11 a.m. Friday, Aug. 15, at Knights of Columbus Hall in Loveland.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Gary L. Hoke Memorial Fund to be used for a bench in his memory on the bike path. Memorials may be sent in care of Kibbey-Fishburn Funeral Home, 1102 N. Lincoln Ave., Loveland, CO 80537.—Rapid City Journal, Aug. 11, 2003
