Clara Isabel Hales, 64, a resident of Penticton, died Monday. The funeral will be held in Jacques funeral home Friday at 1:30 p.m. Senior Major Gerald Wagner will officiate. Burial will be in Burnsland cemetery. Mrs. Hales was born in England and came to Calgary in 1910. In 1945 she moved to Penticton. She is survived by her husband, Alfred, Penticton; three daughters, Mrs. Harry Anderson, Penticton; Mrs. J. Sartison and Grace Bateman, Taber; a son, Fred Bateman, Calgary; eight grandchildren and a brother, Ralph Robinson, Vancouver.
