She took second place in archery in the Akoga Bowmen Championships in 1957. She was kind, loving, vulnerable, trusting, generous, enthusiastic, intelligent, passionate, and a good listener. She was easy to get along with and looked on the bright side. She was willing to try new things and when she did she was good at them. She believed in a Higher Power, recovery, personal growth and education.
She treated people the way she wanted to be treated. She had a productive meaningful life and made a difference. We were lucky and blessed to have her in our lives and miss her dearly. A memorial service will be held Sat., Nov. 15, 2014 at 1pm at the Methodist Church 9849 Fair Oaks Blvd. 95628. In lieu of gifts, donations to breast cancer or Alzheimer's research are appreciated.
