Flora just celebrated her 89th birthday with her family whom she cherished. Flora was surrounded by her loving family and went to be with our Heavenly Father on October 25, 2014.
Flora was preceded in death by her husband, Abel G. Martínez.
Flora is survived by her three children, Magdalena McManus, Randy Martínez and his wife, Mary Esther and Cindy Griego and her companion, Leroy Apodaca. Flora has eight grandchildren, twenty great-grandchildren and ten great-great-grandchildren and son-in-law, Rick Griego.
Our mother was a beautiful strong woman and has touched many lives, we will miss her very much and we will carry her in our hearts until we meet again.
A Rosary will be recited on Sunday, November 2, 2014 at 3:00 p.m. at French – Lomas. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday, November 3, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at Queen of Heaven Catholic Church, 5311 Phoenix Ave. NE. Burial will follow at Mount Calvary Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Gregory Griego, Vanessa Griego, Bobby Martínez, David Martínez, Eric Lucero and Willie Lucero.
