Ann was born in Danville, Illinois to Andrew Lind & Magnilda "Nelly" Johnson Lundh, Swedish immigrants. At age 4 her mother passed away and she was adopted by her mother's best friend and her husband, Peter & Hilda Noren. About 1928 she married Milton Anderson and soon had their son Howard. She spent many years working as sales clerk for Marshall Fields Department Store, Downtown Chicago, where she retired.
