Everett Melvin Morrell was born on January 29, 1921, in Waltham,Massachusetts, his father, Oathman, was 33 and his mother, Dora E. Lowe, was 27. In 1930 Everett lived in Watertown, Massachusetts with his father, mother, 3 brothers Oathman Jr., Richard, Marshall, sister Barbara, and grandmother Ida Lowe. He enlisted in the Navy on Oct.12,1942 served during WWII and was released on Oct.27,1945. He married Myrtle Rena Alice Hildreth on December 31,1945, in Manchester, Vermont. They had four children during their marriage. Two boys Richard and Wayne, and two girls Cheryl and Pamela. He died on January 29,1997, in Holbrook, Massachusetts, at the age of 76, where he lived with his second wife Florence and was buried in Union Cemetery there.
