Mrs. Nathalie (Bontecou) Rogers, wife of the Rev. Walter Allyn Rogers, Vicar of the Episcopal churches of St. James, Dover Plains, N.Y. and St. Thomas, Amenia Union, N.Y., died at Sharon Hospital, Sharon, Conn., Sunday, Sept. 24.

Also a resident of East Dover, Vt., Mrs. Rogers was born in Kansas City, Mo., Oct. 15, 1895, the daughter of Daniel and Nathalie (Holdrege) Bontecou and was the sister of the late Frederic H. Bontecou of Millbrook, N.Y.

Mrs. Rogers was an alumna of Milton Academy, Milton, and was first married to Wayman Stockton Crocker Sr. of Fitchburg.

Besides her husband she leaves a son, Weyman Stockton Crocker of Springfield, Vt.; a daughter, Mrs. Cynthia C. Bergen of Fort Collins, Colo.; a brother, Russell H. Bontecou of Yarmouth, Nova Scotia and Lake Wales, Fla.; a sister, Helen Bontecou of Nevada City, Calif.; seven grandchildren and nieces and nephews.

Funeral services held in Dover Plains and were also conducted in the Baptist Church at East Dover today by the Rev. John Morris of St. Mary's Episcopal Church, Wilmington, Vt. followed by interment in Dover, N.Y. Hutcut and Son of Dover Plains, N.Y. were in charge of arrangements.
