Ida was the daughter of the late Harry S. and Laura (Bixler) Rice. She died in the South Jersey Regional Medical Center, Vineland, New Jersey. She retired from the PA Dept. of Transportation; was a member of the Ickesburg United Church of Christ; Ickesburg Fire Company Ladies Auxiliary; and enjoyed sewing and crocheting.
