Jacqueline Marie Lyons, age 89, passed away October 25, 2014, at Mount Carmel East Hospital. She most recently resided at Emeritus at Chestnut Hill in Gahanna, OH. She was born on April 23,1925, in Shamokin, PA to the late John and Ruby (Golden) Koval.

She was also preceded in death by
her brother, Christopher;
Her beloved husband of 43 years, Robert E Lyons Jr, who passed away in 1990.

She is survived by her children,
Robert (Kathi) Lyons lll, Mary (Dale) Serian, Timothy (Sue) Lyons and Ellen (Dennis) Murphy;
grandchildren, Ron Holloway, Jennifer York, Stephanie Gram, Mary Herron and Caitlin Murphy;
many great grandchildren; extended family.

She was the epitome of perseverance and known for her quick wit and intellect. She had a passion for family gatherings and took great pleasure in watching her grandchildren grow up and listening to their adventures. She enjoyed gardening, the New York Times crossword puzzles, playing games on her iPad, playing cards, watching the
various "Housewife's Of Any City" TV shows, painting with water colors and she always appreciated her Natty Light and a good glass of wine.
