Mrs. Ada S. Geiss, seventy-eight, wife of Aaron W. Geiss, 42 Main St., Salunga, died today at 8:45 a.m. in St. Joseph's Hospital after an illness of 11 weeks. Born in East Petersburg, a daughter of the late Phares and Salome Swarr Aungst, she resided in Salunga 55 years and was a member of Zion Lutheran Church, Landisville. In addition to her husband, she is survived by three daughters, Evelyn G., wife of Charles Brandt, Mesa, Ariz.; Dorothy G., wife of Oscar Garrett, Stockton, Calif.; and Marion G., wife of Thomas Kahler, Rohrerstown; also four grandchildren and two brothers, Warren S. Aungst, Elizabethtown R1; and J. Wayne Aungst, Elizabethtown. (Lancaster New Era - Nov 19, 1962)
