Mrs. Amarandos practiced physical therapy in Rochester for over twenty-five years with her husband, George N Amarandos, and during this period with her two sons.
The family was one of the first tenants in The Medical Arts Building in Rochester and her son, is still active in his practice.
Mrs. Amarandos retired in 1960 and resided in The Normandle Apartments for l6 years before going to The Blossom Nursing Home.
Mrs. Amarandos leaves two sons, Gordon Amarandos, proprietor of The Country Store and The Country Squire in Lake Placid and George C Amarandos of Rochester, two daughters, Mrs Walter Matzell of Port Richey, Kla and Mrs. John Ferranto of Qxnard, California, several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Hedges Funeral Home in Rochester is in charge of funeral arrangements
Internment will be in Port Henry at the convenience of the family.
