Clarence Gray was the son of Henry Gray and Caroline Alice Stephens, who was the daughter of Thomas S Stephens and Juelda M. Gregory. He moved to Miner IL and worked as a section foreman for the O&A RR. His wife was named Mary, maiden name unknown. We know he was alive and age 52 in the 1940 Census. We do not know when he died. He has a tombstone in the Gregory Family Cemetery, and it also carries a child's name, Jesse Gray. We are not confident he is buried here, even though there is a tombstone, as we find no death record or other info, and as far as we can find he stayed in Illinois. His brother Jesse B is definitely buried in Illinois
