Funeral services for Warren Candler McDade, 73, were held at 4 p.m. Wednesday in the Chapel of Moore's Funeral Home. The Rev. Howard Sims and the Rev. Joseph A. Moore officiated. Burial was in West View cemetery.
Mr. McDade's death occurred Tuesday in a local hospital.
He is survived by his wife; three sons, A.C. McDade, Carlton McDade and Ralph McDade, all of Milledgeville; one daughter, Mrs. Gladys Hornsby of Milledgeville; three brothers, T.J. McDade and L.J. McDade, both of Milledgeville, and Frank McDade of Orlando, Florida; one sister, Mrs. Olin Rivers of Miami, Florida; eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
