Memorial services for Skyler Dahl, 13, of Troup and Arp, are scheduled for 4 p.m. Sunday at Marvin Methodist Chapel with Dr. Marty Dunbar officiating.
He was born Dec. 17, 2000, in Dallas.
He died Oct. 12, 2014, in Dallas.
Skyler was in Dallas Children's Hospital for surgery when he developed complications.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Art and Arlene Dahl.
Survivors include his foster mother, Carol Smith, of Troup/Arp; foster sister, Tiffany Gilley; foster uncle, Wyatt Edward Smith; and foster grandmother, Ginger Smith, of Troup/Arp; and brother, Shawn Dahl, Grand Saline; and a host of family and friends.
