Mrs. Flora Lee Brown, 57, wife of m. Santford Brown, 202 N. Waverly St., died at 3:40 p.m. Friday in her home. Death was attributed to a heart attack.
She was born July 4, 1892, in Dickson Co., Tenn., and lived here 18 years. Mrs. Brown was a member of the Cridersville Evangelical United Brethren church.
Surviving, besides her husband, whom she married in 1908, are a son, Roy, Cridersville; three daughters, Mrs. George Baker, Wapakoneta; Mrs. Verlin Bowsher, and Mrs. Donald Gierhart, both of Cridersville; seven grandchildren: a sister, Miss Odie Few, Nashville Tenn.
Final rites will be at 2 p.m. Monday in the EUB church here, with the Rev. C.D. Moore in charge. Burial will be in St. Matthew's cemetery. The body was to be removed Saturday afternoon from Bayliff funeral home to the residence.
