Son of James Samuel Hoy and Minnie Gibson.

I wondered why I couldn't find a death certificate or find Billie in census with his parents.. it's because his real name is James Morris Hoy -- Billie was his nickname. Death certificate finally found and obtained. He died of the meningococcal meningitis epidemic of Detroit 1928-1929.
