RAUPP, LEONARD H. of Waterford; June 4, 2013; age 73; Loving husband of Laura for 45 years; Beloved father of Anthony Raupp, Bryan (Dorothy) Raupp and Christopher (April) Raupp; Beloved grandfather of Shawn, Zachery, Casey and Cameron; Beloved son of Vera Raupp and the late Norman; Dear brother of Patricia Layman, Marilyn (Eugene) Rutkoski, Norman (Carolyn) Raupp, Christine (Charles) English, Douglas (Joyce) Raupp, Cathy Wallace, Lawerence (Vicky) Raupp, Michael Raupp, Mary (Malcom) Garren, Ronald (Mari) Raupp, Charlotte Hawton and the late Joyce Bracknell. Also cherished by many nieces and nephews. Mr. Raupp served as a Firefighter with the West Bloomfield Fire Department for almost 30 years and was a member of St. Perpetua Catholic Church. He was a veteran of the United States Air Force and was a member of Dixon Fraternal Order of Elks Lodge #779 for 28 years. The Funeral Mass will be held Saturday, June 8, 2013, 10:30 a.m. at St. Perpetua Catholic Church, 134 Airport Road, Waterford. Celebrant Father Jack H. Baker. The family will receive friends Friday 3 to 8 p.m. at the Riverside Chapel, Simpson-Modetz Funeral Home, 5630 Pontiac Lake Road, Waterford, and at the church on Saturday 10 a.m. until time of Mass. Rosary Friday 5 p.m. Rite of Committal All Saints Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the University of Michigan Burn Center or to the Henry Ford Hospice.
