Alvin was married to my cousin on my mother's side who was a Heise. The 1910 Census records his family living in Cape-where this branch of the Heise family lived. Alvin & Amelia married in Cape Girardeau, Mo in 1947 and then moved to Florida. After he died Amelia moved to Elkhart, Ind. to live with her son from her first marriage to Dewey Sullenger.
