"Michael J. Farrell, 55 years old, proprietor of a grocery store adjacent to his home, 121 Elm Street, died Friday at his home. He was born January 1, 1867, in St. Clair, MI. He had lived in Saginaw since 1869. He was married to Miss Mary Ebach in Saginaw in 1988. He was a member of St. Andrew's Catholic Church, of Saginaw Lodge No. 22, L. O. O. M., and Saginaw Tent No. 107 of the Maccabees. He leaves his widow, and five children, Mrs. Fred Yeaton, Saginaw; Emmet Farrell, Tujunga, CA; Glenn; Ralph; and Vincent Farrell, Saginaw; and one sister, Mrs. George Marco, Detroit.
The funeral will take place Wednesday morning at 8:30 o'clock from the family home, 121 Elm Street, and at 9 o'clock from St. Andrew's Catholic Church. Rev. Fr. H. P. Maus will officiate, and burial will be in St. Andrew's Cemetery."
