Alan Charboneau, husband, father, grandfather passed in his sleep September 26th after a long and courageous battle with Parkinson's, Dimentia with Louie Bodies and finally Pneumonia. Former owner of Alan's Automotive in West Valley City, Alan loved his families, fishing, skiing and ice cream. His remains were cremated and scattered at the top of Snowbird as per his wishes by many family members who gathered together for that purpose on Monday, September 29, 2014.

Alan was raised in Farmington, Connecticut as the son of Lawrence and Ilma Charboneau along with his two sisters Linda and Lorraine. He leaves behind sister Linda Bartlewski and husband Andrew of East Hartford and sister Lorraine McIlveen and husband Adrian of Farmington.

Alan was married four times, and had children with two wives: In Florida, a son Alan and daughter Debbie who have children. In Utah one wife Connie with three children David, Michelle and Jonathan and one wife with step children and grandchildren two of whom Alan adopted.

All were saddened to see him pass, but knew that it set him free of the bonds of the diseases that had taken over his body. "My Body is my Temple" was one of his favorite sayings. And finally "I'm done ! "
