Anna Mae McIntosh, age 68, of Goshen, died Wednesday, January 5, 2005 at Baptist Hospital East, Louisville. She was a member of Grace Baptist Church.

She is survived by her husband, Frank McIntosh; one son, Matthew McIntosh; one daughter, Mrs. Teddy (Lezatta) Rison; two stepsons: Larry McIntosh and David McIntosh; seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, January 8 at Grace Baptist Church, LaGrange. Rev. David Woosley officiated. Burial was in Louisville Memorial Gardens East. Stoess Funeral Home, Crestwood, was in charge of the arrangements.

Honorary pallbearers were Dave Russell Woosley and Duke Woosley.

Pallbearers were Doug Liddel, Robert Smith, Curt Kittrel, Doug Boggs, Odell Knuckles, and Carl Dowell.

Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to Grace Baptist Church.
