Eugene J. Rowell PERRY Eugene J. Rowell, 85, died Saturday at Doctor's Memorial Hospital in Perry after a long illness. He was a native and lifelong resident of Taylor County, and was a member of the Pisgah Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife, Ellen Rowell of Perry; two sons, A.Y. Rowell of Perry and J. Seth Rowell of Tallahassee; three daughters, Eunice Wood and Wilma Tedder, both of Perry, and Bernice Knight of North Adams. Mass.; 13 grandchildren and four great grandchildren. Faircloth Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
