Elizabeth "Betsey" Anderson was the daughter of Nathan Anderson and Elizabeth "Betsey" Forkner.

She married Silas Hubbard November 8, 1820 in Centerville, Wayne Co, IN. They had 10 children.

Their children were William Hubbard, Samuel B. Hubbard, Sally Hubbard[married John H. White], Nancy E. Hubbard[married James M. Wiley], Asenath Hubbard[married John Harlan #2539], John Hubbard[married Rachel Skinner], Catherine Hubbard[married Eber Harlan #2477], Lydia Ann "Libbie" Hubbard[marred Galen Richard Elliot Doss], Elizabeth Hubbard[married Nathan Edward Wiley] and another child whose name we have not found.

They lived in Darke Co, OH/Wayne Co, IN area and had moved to Lee Co, IA. Silas served in the Civil War in the Greybeard regiment. He became ill and returned home where he died on 13 December 1863. He is buried in the Bayles Cemetery near Hillsboro, IA.

After Silas Hubbard died, Betsey moved to Clarke Co, IA where she married Thomas Morrow Glenn in 1868. He died in 1874 and is buried in Maple Hill Cemetery in Osceola, IA with his 1st wife.

She died age 70 years 2months and 6 days.

Her children Nancy, Asenath, John and Catherine are all buried in this cemetery. Lydia and Elizabeth are buried in Maple Hill Cemetery, Osceola, IA.
