Willard Dock Conner age 86 of Maryville passed away August 8, 2007 at the University of Tennessee Medical Center. He was a member of Madison Avenue Baptist Church. He was retired from Alcoa and was a member of their 25 Year Club. He was a 32 degree Mason with the Rockford Masonic Lodge #469 and a Veteran of World War II. He also was the former owner of Everett Hi-Rise Apartments in Maryville and the Toni Motel and Smokies Campground in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. He was preceded in death by: Parents, Jehu & Nellie Conner; Brother, James Edwin Conner; and Wife, Reva Conner. Survivors include: Wife, Gloria; Son & Daughter-in-law, Willard R. (Bill) & Karen Conner; Daughter & Son-in-law, Toni & Danny Bowling; Grandchildren, Michael & wife April Conner, Sonja Conner, Renee Conner, Sean Bowling, and Shannon Carnes; Step-Children, Kevin & Cheryl Thompson, Pat & Kim Sowders, Gary Sowders, Lisa & Gary Hobbs; Step-Grandchildren, Jesse, Kasey & Tyler Thompson, Colt Sowders, Lindsey & Logan Sowders, Brooke Hobbs; ten Great-Grandchildren; Brother, Dan Conner; Sister-in-law, Edna Conner; several nieces and nephews.
