Noey died Saturday in Broken Bow. She was born Aug. 11, 1916, in Broken Bow and was a lifetime McCurtain County resident.
She was a member of the Church of Christ. A rooster pit operator, Noey also ran the Dixie Cup Restaurant, along with other eating and beverage establishments.
She was preceded in death by her parents, John Edmond and Bessie Pruett Stout; by her husband, Charlie Noey; by a sister, Lurline Stout Allen; by a brother, Cleo Stout; and by a grandson.
