She was born April 10, 1919 to Hail Lee and Mable Bradford. She graduated from South High School and LDS Business College.
She was married Lowell K. Garrett for sixty-five years.
For all who knew Florence, they knew her to be a happy, upbeat, optimistic person who loved people and life.
She is survived by her daughter, Ann Garrett.
Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m., with a viewing one hour prior, on Saturday, October 11, 2014 in the Wasatch Lawn Mortuary Chapel, 3401 South Highland Drive (1495 East).
