ANN ELIZABETH "Annie" JONES, born 01 JUN 1892, died 30 NOV 1982.  Interred in Hillcrest Abbey East. Cemetery, Savannah, Georgia next to her 2nd Husband, Julius F. Bentley, also interred in Hillcrest Cemetery, Savannah, Georgia.  She was one of many children of CSA Veteran, Martin Eastwood Bowen. She married and moved to Savannah, Georgia where she spent her entire working life working for the Railroad on West Broad Street (now known as Martin Luther King Jr. Street). Throughout her life, she enjoyed visiting her relatives and was especially close to her brothers, Daniel W. Jones, Samuel Jones, and Ethel Marguerite Jones-Bowen, and their families. She married 1st William L. Conner, b. 21 OCT 1878, d. 25 OCT 1918, who died from the Flu during the "Spanish Flu" Epidemic which occurred during World War I.  He is interred in Ephesus Church Cemetery - no children from this marriage.  Married 2nd Julius F. Bentley, b. 01 DEC 1883, d. 25 OCT 1952, after the death of his first wife - Annie and Julius married late in life and there were no children from their marriage.
