Marcus Monroe Timberlake, age 83, of Brown County, Indiana, passed away at 11:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 24, 2014 at his residence.

He attended Becks Grove Christian Church and Clearspring High School.

He was a United States Veteran. He was also a truck driver for 45 years and a clown with numerous circuses for many years.

Born on January 1, 1931, in Royal Center, Indiana, he was the son of Melvin Harry and Josephine Fisher Timberlake, both of whom preceded in death.

He married Mary Ann Hall on August 24, 1963 and she preceded in death on December 15, 1990.

Survivors include one daughter, Christine Timberlake of Sparksville, Indiana; one brother, Melvin Timberlake, Jr. of Kingman, Kansas; one sister, Myrna Ratcliff of Medora, Indiana; one grandson, Curt Allan Timberlake; and caregivers for 25 years, Lori White and Michelle Baker.

In addition to his wife and both parents, he was also preceded in death by four brothers, William Timberlake, Franklin Timberlake, Jimmy Timberlake and Joe Timberlake.

Funeral services will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, September 29, 2014 at Becks Grove Chapel with Dean Manual officiating.

Burial will be at Merlot Cemetery.
