Funeral services for Jack E. Moreland will be conducted at 10 a.m. Thursday from Calvary Baptist Church at Starkville. Burial will follow at Oktibbeha Memorial Park. The Rev. Joe Pate will officiate.
Visitation is from 5 until 7 p.m. today.
Mr. Moreland died Monday Sept. 30, 1996, at the Oktibbeha County Hospital. He was 71.
A native of Calhoun County, he was a member of the Calvary Baptist Church and a Barber with McGinnis Barber shop.
He is survived by his wife, Loriece Templeton Moreland of Starkville; daughters, Karen Williams of Alcoa, Tenn., Jane Flowers; sisters, Eunice Thompson and Lola Vowell, brother, J. Z. Moreland, all of Starkville, and four grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to Calvary Baptist Church Building Fund.
