OBITUARY:
HENRY WISEMAN REED - Funeral services for Henry W. Reed, 65, who had been in declining health for some time and died Wednesday, Nov 16, 1938 at the local hospital, were held Thursday at the Thompson Funeral Home, conducted by Rev. E. H. Stout, and Rev. B. E. B. Dees. Burial was in the Reed Cemetery. Mr. Reed was a farmer and highly respected by all who knew him. Surviving are three brothers, Mitchel Reed of Nashville, Charlie and James Reed of this community.
