Sarah Ann "Sallie" Lyon, was the daughter of Daniel Cook Lyon & Diadema Morrow. She married John Ephraim Cook, 1847 in Boone Co., Missouri. They had the following children: Stella Cook Helwig (m: Walter Helwig) ; Mary Frances Cook Jones (m: Lycurgus S. Jones); Daniel J. Cook, Sr. (m: Michel T. "Micha" Turner); John W. Cook (m: China Louisa Tennessee Sullens); James Thomas Cook (m: Margaret Alice "Maggie" Cook); Alice Ann Cook Rice (m: Francis Mariion Rice); Moses W. Cook; Willard Ephraim Cook, Sr. (m: Minnie Mae Robinson).

Note: I speculate Sarah Ann "Sallie" Lyon's, death occurred bet. 1871-1884, because her last child was born 1871 & she is not listed in the 1880 US Census with her husband, John "Ephraim" & John 2nd married on 13 Nov 1884 to Mrs. Catherine Cobb.
