Mr. Donaldson was 55 years of age and while his health had not been good for several month's, his death came as a shock to family and friends. He spent the greater part of his life, in this county and was well known among a large number of friends. He was in the insurance business here for a number of years.
Mr. Donaldson is survived by his wife who was Miss Jannie Pennington, a daughter, Virginia Donaldson and the following sisters; Mrs. W.J. Daley, Mrs. Davis Wicker, Mrs. W.A. Brewer, all of Lovett and Miss Minnie Donaldson and Mrs. D.A. Morman, of Dublin; Mrs. H.W. Thompson, of Orlando, Fla., Mrs. J.W. Hammock, of Adrian and a niece, Mrs. Harold Long of the State Hospital.
The following will serve as pallbearers at the funeral service; S.D. Stembridge, Marion Ennis, J.C.Cooper, H.G. Banks, Frank Broome and O.A. Thaxton.
