Mrs. Rhodes was born June 17, 1948, in Hemingway, SC, a daughter of the late Clarence Herbert Rhodes and Margaret Carter Morse.
She was a member of Belin Memorial United Methodist Church.
She was survived by two sons, Richards Morse (Casey) Rhodes of Frisco, TX and William David Rhodes, IV, of Murrells Inlet; two grandchildren, Maverick Rhodes and Scarlet "Scout" Rhodes; four sisters, Pansy Morse, Gail (Gerry) O’Sullivan, Ginger (Ron) Watkins, and Kim Morse, all of Murrells Inlet; her mother and her father-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. William D. Rhodes, II, of Summerville; a brother-in-law, Stephen (Janice) Rhodes of Mount Pleasant; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were 1:00 p.m. Wednesday Oct.1, 2014, in Belin Memorial United Methodist Church. The Rev. Dr. B. Mike Alexander Jr. officiated.
Burial, directed by Goldfinch Funeral Home, followed in the church cemetery.
