Cecil L. Barnhouse, 83, of Marietta, died at his residence late Sunday evening.
He was born in Newport, a son of the late Michael and Sarah Edwards Barnhouse. He was a retired carpenter and farmer. He was a member of the Bloomfield United Methodist Church.
He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Kathryn Moore Barnhouse; one son, Larry Barnhouse of Bowling Green, KY.
He was preceded in death by one son, Glenn Barnhouse.
Services will be at 11am Thursday, at the McClure-Schafer Funeral Home in Marietta, OH, with the Rev. Edwin McLeod officiating. Burial will be in the East Lawn Memorial Park.
