Patsy was preceded in death by her husband, Eugene; granddaughter Melissa Fowler; 2 sisters and 3 brothers.

Her Funeral Ceremony will be held Saturday at 11:00 am at Newcomer Funeral Home - Southwest Louisville Chapel with burial to follow at Evergreen Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be made to American Diabetes Assoc., 161 St. Matthews Ave., Ste 3, Louisville, KY 40207.
