Mr. John Hyatt and Miss Laura Phillips of Blue Ridge were married last Saturday night under rather peculiar and romantic circumstances. He saw her for the first time on Friday night before and asked her to marry him, she consented, and on Saturday the license was procured and the twain happily made one.
