Mr. L. Gilbert Fairley, 75, of Wiggins died Sunday, September 28, 2014 in Wiggins.
Mr. Fairley was a member of Bond United Methodist Church in Bond and a member of the Masonic Lodge in Wiggins. He retired from the US Postal Service in 1997 after 31 years.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Lois Bond Fairley, brother, Gavin Fairley and one sister, Eula Mae Fairley.
Mr. Fairley is survived by his wife, Carol Sue Fairley of Wiggins, three children, Bobby Fairley (Loretta) of Wiggins, Debbie Webb (Mike) of Wiggins and Mike Fairley of Wiggins, seven grandchildren, Brad Fairley, Guy Fairley, Chuck Renot, Matt Renot, Jason Renot, Luke Fairley and Courtney Fairley, all of Wiggins, eight great-grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and other family members.
Visitation will be from 6:00PM to 9:00PM Tuesday, September 30, 2014 at Moore Funeral Home in Wiggins. Services will be at 10:00AM Wednesday, October 1, 2014 at Moore Funeral Home in Wiggins with interment to follow at Woodlawn Cemetery in Wiggins.
