Alma Dean, the seven months old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Aubrey Burriss, died early Saturday morning, having been ill three months.
The little one was the babe of the home, leaving three brothers and a sister, besides the parents, the paternal grandparents. Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Burriss and the maternal grandmother, Mrs Cutter of Bunceton, who with another daughter, Mrs Johnston were in attendance in the home during the last of the illness. Miss Mildred Burriss, of near Springfield, also came home for the services, which were held Sunday afternoon, at the Baptist Church with Rev.F.C. Richards in charge.
Interment was made in the Masonic Cemetery
