Mrs. Fetner, wife of the late James Thomas Fetner, Sr., died Friday, Dec. 6, 1996. Born in Columbia, she was the daughter of the late Will D. and Pansy Harrison Nunn.
She was a graduate of Edgewood High School and Columbia Business College. She retired from the Veterans Administration Regional Office after 45 years of service and a charter member of St. James United Methodist Church and a volunteer with the American Red Cross.
Surviving are sons, James T. Fetner, Jr. of Red Bank and Charles W. Fetner of Columbia; sister Gladys N. Harvey of Greer; 11 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; nephew Ben D. Harvey of Greenville; a niece, Billie June Crooks of Columbia.
She was predeceased by a sister, Gertrude Nunn Smith.
