Nona M. Griffin, age 87, of Indian Hills Road, passed away Friday, December 17, 2004 at Tsali Care Center.
A native of Swain and lifelong resident of Cherokee, Mrs. Griffin was the daughter of the late Luther and Nannie Lambert Allison. She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Leonard Griffin.
Survivors include sons, Paul Royce Griffin of Lake Lure and Everett Griffin of Leicester, grandsons, Matthew and Tyler Griffin.
A graveside service will be at 3:00 P.M. Saturday, December 18, 2004 at the Sherrill Cemetery with Rev. Steve Phillippi and Rev. Cody Lambert officiating.
